You need to acknowledge the fact that we are not in any way affiliated with Minecraft, Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation, nor are our servers an official Minecraft service.

As a user of our server, you have the ability to make content of our server, videos, images, or other materials ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content for the purposes of operating and promoting the server.

5. In-Game Purchases

Our Minecraft servers may offer In-Game Purchases, allowing you to acquire virtual items, currency, or enhancements to enhance your gaming experience. These purchases may be made using real-world currency or in-game currency purchased with real money. By making in-game purchases, you acknowledge and agree that all transactions are final and non-refundable. You also understand that any virtual items acquired through in-game purchases are purely virtual and have no real-world value. We encourage responsible spending and advise users to exercise discretion when making in-game purchases. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any in-game purchase option at our discretion without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Our servers retains all intellectual property rights in and to the server, including but not limited to trademarks (such as Team Byte), logos, and copyrighted content. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written permission. You are however allowed to use our Minecraft servers to make User Content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our servers are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. Team Byte makes no warranties or representations regarding the server's availability, reliability, or suitability for any purpose. We do not guarantee that our server will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully free of harmful components.

8. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from our users. By using our server, you consent to our collection and use of your information via In-Game Purchases or by joining our servers.

9. Circumvention of Licensed Software

The use of unauthorized versions of Minecraft on our server is strictly prohibited and not possible. Only legitimate copies of Minecraft obtained through authorized channels are permitted for use. We do not endorse, support, or provide assistance for pirated versions of the game, and we reserve the right to deny access to individuals found using unauthorized copies.
