Patch v0.4.1.0 BETA - Winterfest Lullabies

Welcome back wanderers, we've got some news for you.

The Winter Event has finally arrived, albeit very late... This updates brings Winter themed items such as the new and improved Snowball Launcher that you can use to fight your friends in the arena, and the integration of our self-composed soundtrack!

Event

• Added Winter Event.

  • Will be available from today to 8th March (will be extended if needed).

Entities

• Added Winter Gremling.

  • Has a chance to spawn every time an entity is killed.

Bosses

Levels

• Added Event Room.

  • Now is the main area for the Winter Event!

• Changed The Hub.

  • Added decorations around for the Winter Event.

• Changed Music in The Hub.

  • Swapped music from 'Somewhere to Belong' to 'Home Beneath the Falling Snow' for the Winter Event.

Gameplay

• Added New Music.

  • Added custom soundtracks that play while on the server.

• Changed Level Intros.

  • When entering a level for the first time, a unique intro will start that has new text and includes the levels intro soundtrack.

• Changed Ambience.

  • The general ambience for Levels has been reduced in volume to allow the music to be more prominent.

NPCs

• Added Gift Elf.

  • Head to the Gift Elf everyday for a gift! Be careful however, miss any day and you wont get everything...

• Added Winter Bartender.

  • Sells the drinks from the event.

• Added Winter Shopkeeper.

  • Sells the food items from the event.

Items

• Added Selling values for Nocticite Items.

• Added Candy Cane.

• Added Gingerbread Man.

• Added Winter Snowcone

• Added Hot Chocolate.

• Added White Hot Chocolate.

• Added Eggnog.

• Added Snowball Launcher.

  • Includes a Golden variant that is available on our store!

• Added Ice Skates.

  • Includes a Golden variant that is available on our store!

• Added Icicle.

• Added Winter Crate Key.

• Changed Snowball Launcher.

  • Now has multiple "abilities" that can be used depending on whether you're holding right or left click and if you're crouching.

  • Now has an "Ultimate" that is a much more powerful version of the abilities that requires you to have maximum Ult Charge in order to use.

  • The arena now has two leaderboards, one for highest kill streak, and one for highest K/D ratio.

• Changed Event Item lore.

  • Now matches the standard of non-event items.

Other

• Added Music Frequency setting.

  • You can change how frequent you want to hear the soundtrack while playing, ranging from completely off to constantly.

• Added Happy Winterfest Prefix.

• Added Frostfall Prefix.

• Added Merry Christmas Prefix.

• Changed Tablist.

  • Now displays the current event title, statistics such as snowballs shot and what track is playing.

While this update was a lot later than we originally planned, we are very happy to finally have it out for you to enjoy! (We had a LOT of fun with the Snowball Launcher!) Our next update has recently started development and is already looking very nice, so we will see you soon... =)
